The payment towards Tuition fees as decided by the board of Directors from time to time, shall be collected from students and in case of any default, the Board of Directors have absolute discretion to terminate the studies of the student.

All students should direct their enquiries/communications to their admission office.

The tuition fee paid by the applicant is non-refundable.

The student will have to satisfy the eligibility admission criteria of the University.

The student will have to strictly abide by the code of conduct of the institute and shall be subject to disciplinary proceedings for any violations.

Admissions are subject to immigration formalities and local laws of the respective countries.

Registration, Examination, Evaluation and Certification of the MBBS, MD/MS/MDS programmes shall be by the International University of The Health Sciences, St.Kitts. The UG students, after the MBBS program, will have to appear for the respective licensing examinations worldwide including India as per the rules and regulations. The student on successful completion of the University programmes shall be a Graduate/Post Graduate from IUHS, St.Kitts recognized by the Government of St.Christopher and Nevis . Under Graduates , after the MBBS program are eligible to appear for World Licensing Examinations, subject to the licensing rules and regulations in each country.

The courses/Degrees (MBBS, MD/MS/MDS) are not recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India/UGC and the students are considered as Foreign Medical Graduates/Post Graduates in India.PG Training is part of Continuing Medical/Dental Education.

In case of MBBS, the students having intention to practice in India have to obtain the eligibility certificate from Medical Council of India before the commencement of the programme. On successful completion of MBBS programme the students shall appear for the Screening test conducted by Medical Council of India for Foreign Medical Graduates, which is a statutory requirement before registration with the council in India .
