Each student will keep a complete patient and procedure log listing of all the patients they have seen, worked up or otherwise involved with and procedures they have performed and submit this to the Medical Education Department of UEIMS. Mid term Clinical Examinations of observed history, physical and oral presentation of patients unknown to the student will be conducted.

Exit Examination will normally be taken within 45 days of Final Summative Examination in each phase.
